These terms govern your use of CutPath Pro (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
CutPath Pro is a web application that generates vector cut lines from raster artwork and exports cut-ready files. We may update, add or remove features over time to improve the Service.
You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account. You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country to use the Service.
You keep all rights to the artwork you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store and process your files only as needed to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for having the rights to any artwork you upload, and you must not upload content that is unlawful or infringes someone else's rights.
Don't misuse the Service - including attempting to disrupt it, access it in unauthorised ways, resell it as your own, or use it for unlawful purposes.
We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may occasionally suspend it for maintenance or changes.
CutPath Pro produces cut lines and estimates to help your workflow, but final results depend on your artwork, materials, machine and setup. Please proof and test before production runs. The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for wasted materials, arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
